Don't think other areas like Rocafort, Godella or Betera ar much closer to Valencia. The west entrance of the city, "pista de Ademuz", concentrates a lot more of traffic than CV-21and once in the city, is farer from the center than the North entrance.
The prices of the properties in the mentioned areas are in general more expensive than Los Monasterios, due to this "psychological" distance to Valencia, and in terms of villas, have less offer than Puzol. So. it's very attractive to buy in Los Monasterios, don't you think?
